I was recently chosen to review a new product that just hit the market. This is my first review that I have ever done, so please bear with me. I was sent a few of the new Love, Beauty & Planet products to try. I received the Shea Butter & Sandalwood scented Purposeful Hydration Gentle Cleansing Conditioner, Majestic Moisture Body Wash, & Purposeful Conditioner from a new organic line of products from Unilever. I was excited to try these from the moment I opened the box they came in. Upon first glance, everything looked appealing right down to the unique simple labels on the bottles (which are made from 100% recycled materials, btw). All of the products are made with natural ingredients and are vegan friendly. I used each for about a week and had noticed a major difference in the way my hair and skin felt. The conditioning products not only smell great, but they left my hair feeling nice and soft to the touch. The subtle Shea Butter & Sandalwood scent LASTS too!! The body wash worked wonders on my skin. Usually I would leave the shower with that dry, itchy feeling when using my regular body wash. But this stuff was a whole knew ball game. Not only does it smell great, but it left my skin feeling hydrated instead of dry after leaving the shower. I don't know about you, but in my book that's a HUGE plus. My overall favorite of the three products I was sent is the Purposeful Hydration Gentle Cleansing Conditioner. I LOVE IT!! I am one of those people who really does not like to wash their hair too much, as this has been deemed horrible for your hair. Even though this product is a cleanser, it replenishes as it cleans and eliminates a whole step entirely. It doesn't sud up like shampoo would, but instead goes into your hair like conditioner. Being able to skip a step is great, especially since I am a busy mom and usually hear the inevitable "MOOOOOOOOM" while showering..... never a minute alone. Overall, these are great products and I am looking forward to trying some of the other scents they have available (especially the Argan Oil & Lavender, I love lavender).
